EvoLED
The halogen lamp, with its convenient size, simple installation and a good light output is one of the most popular lamps in the world. Over 100 million are sold every year. A halogen lamp however, is a very inefficient light source; a 50W halogen actually uses up to 75W of power, due to the transformer. It also has a very short life, resulting in regular expensive maintenance and replacement lamp expenditure. The EvoLED™, is designed to retain all the positives of a halogen, with none of the associated drawbacks. For instance, at only 7.9w, it uses 1/10th of the power of a halogen installation.
Using the most advanced LED technology, and drawing upon its 10 years of LED experience, Halers Lighting have created the EvoLED™. The EvoLED™ incorporates patented technology which ensures exceptional long life through ingenious heat management. Ground-breaking optics produce a perfect 34° beam with virtually no loss of light output. At the forefront of LED electronics, Halers Lighting has worked extensively to pioneer a functional mains dimming driver that works with both leading and trailing edge dimmers. All of this combines to produce an efficient, high power LED luminaire which makes retrofit a realistic and trouble free option.

The DL/EMERGENCY PACK is designed to be used in conjunction with the EvoLED™
When in emergency mode, the pack will power the EvoLEDTM at 150mA, providing approximately 1/3 of the light output when compared to normal running of the EvoLED™.

Hole converter plate – The power of the EvoLED™ allows retrofit into locations where larger downlights were previously installed.
To aid installation, Halers Lighting has designed a hole converter plate, allowing the EvoLED™ to be placed into ceiling holes up to 150mm in diameter.
